Step 1 β Choose Your Lenses & Place Your Order
Browse our lens options and select the right type for your needs:
- Single Vision β for distance or reading correction
- Varifocal β for both distance and near vision in one lens
- Scratch-Coated β a durable hard coating to protect your lenses
- Anti-Reflective (AR) Coated β reduces glare from screens and driving at night
- Tinted / Photochromic β lenses that darken in sunlight
Not sure which to choose? Contact us and we'll help you decide.
Once you have checked out and placed your order you will receive an email confirming your lens order and requesting you either email, txt or WhatsApp your prescription requirements to our team. Your prescription must be valid and issued by a registered optician.
Step 2 β Send Us Your Frames
Once your order is confirmed, simply post your frames to us. Here's how to do it safely:
- Wrap your frames in bubble wrap or soft cloth to prevent scratches.
- Place them in a rigid box β a glasses case inside a small cardboard box works perfectly.
- Include your order number on a note inside the parcel so we can match your frames to your order.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 48) so you can monitor delivery.
- Send to the address provided in your order confirmation email.
Please note: We are not responsible for frames lost or damaged in transit to us. Using a tracked and insured service protects you.
Step 3 β We Fit Your New Lenses
Once we receive your frames, our qualified dispensing opticians will:
- Inspect your frames to confirm they are suitable for reglazing.
- Carefully remove the old lenses.
- Cut and fit your new lenses to your exact prescription.
- Carry out a full quality check before dispatch.
Typical turnaround time: 6β8 working days from receipt of your frames. We'll email you when your glasses are on their way back.
Step 4 β We Return Your Glasses
Your reglazed glasses are returned to you via tracked post, carefully packaged to arrive safely. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking details.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to send a physical copy of my prescription?
No β you can enter your prescription details at checkout or upload a photo of your prescription. If you're unsure of any values, contact your optician for a copy. Your prescription must be current (typically valid for 2 years in the UK).
What if my frames can't be reglazed?
Some frames may not be suitable for reglazing β for example, if they are damaged, too worn, or have a very unusual shape. If this is the case, we will contact you before proceeding and offer a full refund. We will return your frames to you free of charge.
What happens if my frames are damaged in transit to you?
We take great care of every pair of frames we receive. However, we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service when sending your frames to us, as we cannot accept liability for damage or loss that occurs during transit to our lab. Once your frames are with us, they are fully covered.
How long does the reglaze take?
Our standard turnaround is 6β8 working days from the day we receive your frames. We'll keep you updated by email throughout the process.
Can I reglaze any frames?
Most frames can be reglazed, including designer frames, rimless, and semi-rimless styles. Very old or fragile frames may not be suitable. If you're unsure, get in touch before ordering and we'll advise you.
What lens coatings do you offer?
We offer scratch-resistant coatings, anti-reflective coatings, tints, photochromic (light-reactive) lenses, and more. Browse our lens options when placing your order, or contact us for a recommendation.
Is reglazing safe for my frames?
Yes. Our experienced team handle every pair of frames with care. The reglazing process is carried out by qualified professionals using specialist equipment.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes β if there is any issue with the lenses we fit (e.g. incorrect prescription or a manufacturing defect), we will reglaze your glasses again at no cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How much does reglazing cost?
Prices vary depending on the lens type and coating. Browse our full range of reglaze services to find the right option for your budget. Reglazing is almost always significantly cheaper than buying new glasses.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We'll send you email updates when we receive your frames and again when your glasses are dispatched. We use tracked return postage so you can follow your parcel home.
