2. if they are damaged, break or there is any issues with the frames OPTICAL AGENTS do not replace or compensate.
3.  Once you have placed your order you will also receive a notice with your order via email to confirm this service is at your Own Risk as a waiver to OPTICAL AGENTS that you are aware.
4. OPTICAL AGENTS will always strive to rectify any issues in the first instance.
