Shipping policy

If purchasing any of our Prescription Lens Services please allow up to 10 business days to receive your new prescription eyewear.

If Purchasing Varifocals, Bifocals or any specific Bespoke lenses including Special Order lenses please allow up to 12-14 business days.

If you wish to chase your orders please just email us on ask@optical-agents.com 

You will receive an update on completion of your eyewear and tracking details once the glasses have been completed and shipped from our premises.
