1st time using this company but very pleased. I submitted frames with prescription and 10 days later had exactly what I needed would strongly recommend this company. the price compared to high street was crazy low
Good communications, fast and efficient job
Using Optical Agents for the first time, I sent my current glasses via Evri who then lost them. I contacted Optical Agents to inform them and they gave me an immediate refund without question.
Several weeks later I receive an email from Optical Agents saying that my glasses had finally turned up and did I want to proceed with the order. Around a week later my glasses arrived back with me with the new lenses fitted.
Now you can't get better service thatn that. I shall definately be using them again and wouldn' hesitate in recommending them.
Really pleased with reglaze service. Excellent communication and advice provided via WhatsApp prior to purchase. Glasses returned in just under 3 weeks and seem to be great quality (varifocal 1.6 with transitions). Highly recommended and will use again.

Found this business when I wanting to replace my really scratched lenses. Money is tight at the moment, and the price was unbelievably good in comparison to others. I ordered, followed the simple instructions and posted my frames away. Customer service was excellent , informing me when they received and when despatched.(which was trackable) They also responded to a WhatsApp message within minutes! packaged well and all within the timescales. I now have my glasses on, and they are excellent! Will definitely use optical agents again and have already recommended to other people.
