I have had 3 pairs of glasses reglazed with high index lenses with Optical Agents and I am very satisfied with their service. Good quality thin lenses at a much cheaper price than optician stores. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Do make sure you select tracked postage when you order online, Royal Mail lost a pair of my glasses once!

1st time using this company but very pleased. I submitted frames with prescription and 10 days later had exactly what I needed would strongly recommend this company. the price compared to high street was crazy low

Good communications, fast and efficient job

Using Optical Agents for the first time, I sent my current glasses via Evri who then lost them. I contacted Optical Agents to inform them and they gave me an immediate refund without question.
Several weeks later I receive an email from Optical Agents saying that my glasses had finally turned up and did I want to proceed with the order. Around a week later my glasses arrived back with me with the new lenses fitted.
Now you can't get better service thatn that. I shall definately be using them again and wouldn' hesitate in recommending them.
